Basic Concrete Matt Dark Grey

The Basic Concrete range is full of a different colours such as with a similar natural concrete finish! This Basic Concrete Matt Dark Grey Tile is perfect for people who would prefer to make modern and spacious areas. Also being a non-slip R10 Slip rated tile, this can fit anywhere with water such as bathrooms, and kitchens!

Additionally, this lively and versatile collection comes in various sizes of 300x600mm, 600x600mm, and 750x750mm making it perfect for decorating bedrooms, luxurious bathrooms, open spaces, and decorating lofts! The thickness of the tile gives it a nice reinforcement preventing any cracks or damages if used in a lightly trafficked areas; this can include bars, offices, restaurants, shops, showrooms, and any other public area or workspace!

The porcelain used to create this tile is fired as high as 1200°C. This makes porcelain more durable and have a higher density than most of materials that are used for tiles, making this a perfect choice for any hard-worked areas! Porcelain is also much more stain resistant and less prone to absorbing water, perfect for both internal and external use!

Damages, Returns & Cancellations

Please check over your delivery careful when they arrive for any signs of damage, if this is the case, please sign for as damaged and take a photo prior to opening or unpacking. Call or email us within 3 days of your goods arriving and send us the photo as proof, we will then arrange for replacements to be sent our as soon as possible.

Goods not used or not required and held as stock items (NOT items marked special order) can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused. You will be liable for the return carriage. Please inform us in writing or send an email to [email protected] before you intend to return anything to obtain a returns authorisation number.

We strongly recommend that you inspect goods BEFORE you have trades booked to use them. Once a product is installed it is deemed as fit for purpose and claims can not be entertained thereafter. We will not be held liable for consequential losses due to incorrect or damaged goods.

Shipping Information

Orders placed before 1.30pm may be available for next working day delivery for a small extra charge as detailed in the table, this is applicable for the majority of postcodes excluding Ireland, Northern Ireland, off shore islands & selected Scottish postcodes. Pallet Deliveries

All our pallet deliveries are sent out via a national third party pallet network, once your order has been dispatched from us you will receive a tracking email with a unique tracking ID number enabling you to track exactly where your pallet is, you will also receive an email alert and text message as to the scheduled 2 hour time slot your delivery will take place.

These deliveries take place on large 18-tonne trucks with tail lift capabilities and are strictly kerbside deliveries. If your property has restrictive access please let us know in the comments box at checkout.

Obstructions e.g. steps, lifts, gravel paths and drives etc may mean the delivery will have to be made to the nearest available location to the delivery vehicle.

All goods will arrive strapped and wrapped to a pallet and will not be broken down or handled by the driver. Please use caution when removing any packaging to avoid damages and possible injury. Boxes of tiles can be heavy, precautions such as help may need to be made by yourself.

We reserve the right to impose a re delivery charge on all failed deliveries where customers are not present on the arranged delivery day.

Parcel Deliveries

All orders up to 20kg in weight (generally singles boxes of tiles etc) are sent out via a parcel courier, and are usually delivered within 1-2 working days of being dispatched. You will receive both email and text alerts as to the estimated delivery time of our parcel, however, these can be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place.

All tile trim deliveries will be subject to a £10 surcharge, due to the extra length of these products.
