Delivery & Returns Overview

Please read this important information as it applies to how you receive your order.

*Indicates a standard 2 to 3 day delivery service / Excludes certain post codes, patio tiles & tile trims .

Please note – some postcodes will have a reduced delivery charge instead of a free delivery and some postcodes will attract higher delivery charges, this is calculated automatically at checkout

All tile trim deliveries will be subject to a £10 surcharge, due to the extra length of these products.

Shipping Information

Orders placed before 1.30pm may be available for next working day delivery for a small extra charge as detailed in the table, this is applicable for the majority of postcodes excluding Ireland, Northern Ireland, off shore islands & other selected postcodes. To double check, enter your postcode on our checkout page for specific prices, options and lead times.

Pallet Deliveries

All our pallet deliveries are sent out via a national third party pallet network, once your order has been dispatched from us you will receive a tracking email with a unique tracking ID number enabling you to track exactly where your pallet is, you will also receive an email alert and text message as to the scheduled 2 hour time slot on your chosen day that your delivery will take place.

These deliveries take place on large 18-tonne trucks with tail lift capabilities and are strictly kerbside deliveries. If your property has restrictive access please let us know in the comments box at checkout.

Obstructions e.g. steps, lifts, gravel paths and drives etc may mean the delivery will have to be made to the nearest available location to the delivery vehicle.

All goods will arrive wrapped to a pallet and will not be broken down or handled by the driver. Please use caution when removing any packaging to avoid damages and possible injury. Boxes of tiles can be heavy, precautions such as help may need to be made by yourself.

All deliveries require a name and signature upon acceptance, failure to do so will result in your delivery being taken back to a delivery hub for re-delivery

**We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge on all failed deliveries where customers are not present on the arranged delivery day or refuse to sign for said delivery.**

Parcel Deliveries

All orders up to 20kg in weight (generally singles boxes of tiles etc) are sent out via a parcel courier, and are usually delivered within 1-2 working days of being dispatched. You will receive both email and text alerts as to the estimated delivery time of our parcel, however, these can be left with a neighbour or left in a safe place if pre-arranged.

We strongly recommend that you inspect goods BEFORE you have trades booked to use them. Once a product is installed it is deemed as fit for purpose and claims can not be entertained thereafter. We will not be held liable for consequential losses due to incorrect or damaged goods.

Post Deliveries

All orders for items weighing under 2kg will be sent out via Royal Mail on a 48 hour service, due to this we are unable to guarantee specific delivery days.

Damages, Returns & Cancellations

Please check over your delivery carefully on arrival for any signs of damage or omissions, if this is the case, please sign for as damaged and take a photo prior to opening or unpacking. Email us within 3 days of your goods arriving, attaching photos as proof, we will then arrange for replacements to be sent out as soon as possible.

Goods not used or not required and held as stock items (NOT items marked special order) can be returned to us within 28 days of purchase provided they are in their original packaging, unopened and unused. You will be liable for the return carriage.  Please inform us in writing by sending an email to [email protected] detailing what you want to return and reason for return. Once this has been authorised we will send you a returns authorisation number.

You can arrange your own return to us, goods will only be refunded if received in good re-sellable condition.  We recommend taking pictures of the goods before their journey in case you have to claim against the delivery company.

We can arrange collection if required, please note costs liable may be significantly higher than the original delivery charge due to us subsidising these charges.  We will always quote the return charge for your acceptance, this amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
